WATER MAIN PROJECT: West Queen Street

As part of our efforts to improve resiliency and redundancy thoughout our water system, the Department will begin installtion of new 12" water main on West Queen Street, between Queen Street (Rte 10) and Newell Street beginning Monday, July 27th. We anticipate this project to be completed within 6 weeks. Outside of 3-4 days of day work, the majority of this project is scheduled to be done at night.
Please anticipate road closures and detours on West Queen Street between Queen Street and Newell Street both during the day and at night.
All businessess in the area that will be effected by scheduled water service interuptions will be given 24hr notice prior to any shut-downs.
